The irony of our education that we get you know that sort of traditional classroom-based education is that it really de-emphasizes collaboration and communication. And those are the two most important skills I think I've ever had to use professionally. How do you work well with others And how do you communicate to people what you're thinking and let them know that you understand what they're thinking? Those are the things that, regardless of the craft you're practicing, will help you not just be successful in your career but make successful things. You know, things that'll really go out and have an impact on the world. And it's really those two skills Like that's what I want to teach my kids. I'm like I don't care what you want to do, you know when you grow up it's so long as you're able to do those two things.
